for freysan: our secret + accidental confession + playing dumb
Title: Our Secret
Recipient:
freysan
Pairing: YoonSeok
Rating: PG (Language)
Word count: ~1700
Summary: Hoseok likes the side of Yoongi that no one else knows about.
One of the very many things that Hoseok adored about Yoongi was the way that Yoongi always seemed to surprise him. At first glance, Yoongi always seemed to be in a sour mood or he always seemed engrossed in his lyrics when he wasn’t busy sleeping - after all, Yoongi did live off mixtape after mixtape.
Hoseok supposed that the uncertainty of Yoongi’s next actions was what drew him in; it also made him nervous as hell the day that he finally gathered the nerve to confess to Yoongi.
They were both hanging out together in Yoongi’s small studio apartment, laughing and watching a comedy that Hoseok had pestered Yoongi into watching on the elder’s bed. Not that Yoongi didn’t like comedies or anything, but Hoseok definitely had a streak for liking odd movies.
Occasionally, Yoongi’s hand would brush against Hoseok’s, or the red strands of hair would tickle Hoseok’s nose and Hoseok could definitely smell Yoongi’s shampoo, or Yoongi would just look so cute smiling and laughing at the image on the laptop screen that it made Hoseok nervous. What if Yoongi didn’t feel the same for him, or, even worse, what if Yoongi thought that he would be a freak for liking a boy? Hoseok took a deep breath and he reached to pause the movie, startling Yoongi.
“What?” Yoongi’s voice was low and without a trace of anger or annoyance in his tone. “I thought you liked this movie?”
Hoseok blushed, “I do, I do! I just. I wanted to tell you something, and I guess this is the best time to tell you?” Hoseok watched as Yoongi studied his face, searching for any hint that there was something wrong, and Hoseok felt even more nervous when Yoongi closed the laptop shut and he sat up straighter.
“What is it?”
“Well…” Hoseok bit his lip nervously and he sat up straighter as well, suddenly feeling uncomfortable with Yoongi’s intense gaze on him.
“Well?” Yoongi sounded a little impatient, and Hoseok wished that he didn’t get cold feet at all. Hell, he was a dancer, and he couldn’t even confess one silly little thing!
“Well, I like you, and, um…” Hoseok’s face burned red hot and he couldn’t even look in Yoongi’s direction. Yoongi was silent and Hoseok hated that - it made him nervous.
Finally, after what seemed like hours to Hoseok, but it was honestly only a few seconds, Yoongi smiled. “Yeah?” he asked, gently taking Hoseok’s hand. “And what?”
“A-and--” Holy fuck. He’s not repulsed by me! “A-and I want you to go… out with me?”
Yoongi only smiled brighter: “I’ll go out with you,” he agreed, “just as long as you don’t expect me to wake up early, and--” Yoongi was cut off by Hoseok who pounced on him, the dancer’s strong arms wrapping tightly around his neck, and suddenly Hoseok was peppering him in kisses and Yoongi, try as he might, couldn’t get out of his grip, nor sound angry or menacing when he threatened to hit Hoseok.
x
One of the very many things that Hoseok adored about Yoongi was the way that Yoongi always seemed to surprise him. Hoseok loved touching Yoongi - he loved playing with his hair, he loved hugging Yoongi, he loved taking his hand, he loved kissing his cheek, he loved wrapping his arms around Yoongi’s thin frame. Yoongi never protested his touches, in fact, he quite enjoyed them. It was a lot different in public, but Hoseok honestly understood. Yoongi was much more reserved, both about their relationship and as a person.
One of the things that Yoongi absolutely hated, Hoseok knew, was unwanted attention. So when they were walking down the street, Hoseok usually refrained himself from touching Yoongi. Yoongi, on the other hand, would always make the effort to at least hold Hoseok’s hand.
They were both in Hoseok’s apartment - they had gone shopping for their friends for the holidays when it suddenly started snowing and Yoongi had confided in Hoseok that he didn’t want to leave the warmth of Hoseok’s house. Yoongi’s apartment was several blocks away and he didn’t want to even think of driving back home.
Hoseok’s bed was big, warm, and soft, and Hoseok’s lips felt warm against Yoongi’s freezing skin. There was nothing sexual about their relationship - Yoongi liked taking things slow and kissing was still rather new in the relationship.
Yoongi held Hoseok in his arms and he kissed his cheek sweetly and repeatedly, slowly moving to kiss his temple, his forehead, eyes, nose, and finally his lips. Hoseok tasted sweet and Yoongi figured that it was all the happiness the other seemed to contain in his frame.
“Yoongi,” Hoseok murmured softly, because Yoongi hadn’t moved in a while and Hoseok was sure that he was dozing off. The lethargic “Hm?” that he received from Yoongi was enough to confirm his thoughts and he bit back a laugh. “Let me up. I have to go pee.”
The older male only pulled Hoseok closer. “No,” he said finally, making Hoseok huff. Yoongi smirked and he moved closer to the younger male, pressing lazy kisses to his jawline. “Stay with me… You’re warm…”
“But I have to pee!”
“Pee later.”
“Yoongi, please--”
Yoongi rolled over Hoseok until both their chests were touching and Hoseok wondered how someone so small could feel so heavy.
“Pee later. You’re warm,” he murmured as he wrapped his arms around Hoseok’s neck, nuzzling his cheek.
Hoseok laughed, “I’m not even this annoying when I want to cuddle! It’s like you’re a completely different person or something!”
Yoongi grunted and he closed his eyes - there was no sign that he was going to move any time soon and Hoseok laughed.
“God, you’re cute,” Hoseok murmured. He watched as Yoongi opened one eye lazily to laugh at his boyfriend. “What? What’s so funny?”
“Nothing. It’s just--...” Yoongi smiled and he closed his eyes again. “Nothing.”
Hoseok squeezed Yoongi’s hips and Yoongi burst into laughter, moving to punch Hoseok’s ribs enough that it’d hurt for only a short amount of time. “Ow!” He let go of his boyfriend’s hips and he giggled along with him, eyes forming into crescents as he insisted, “What is it?”
“It’s just…” Yoongi settled back into place and he rested the side of his head on Hoseok’s chest, listening closely to his boyfriend's quickened heartbeat. “I realized that, I…” He mumbled the rest purposely, because he didn’t want to say it. Just the thought of saying it made him blush and he knew that actually saying it would only make his blush worse. But Hoseok, he knew, was persistent, and once again he asked:
“What is it?”
“I just-- I just realized that, I love you, is all,” he mumbled finally, and he could hear Hoseok’s heartbeat quicken and he could feel his face grow hotter.
“What did you say?”
Yoongi scowled and he hit Hoseok’s arm in embarrassment because he knew that Hoseok had heard him and he wasn’t going to repeat it again.
Hoseok smiled and he kissed the top of Yoongi’s head. He said it. There was a moment of silence between them before Hoseok finally whispered, “I love you too.” His grin grew when he felt his boyfriend tense before hiding in his chest and he couldn’t help his laughter, because Yoongi was just so precious and Hoseok adored him.
“I’m going to punch you in the dick,” was Yoongi’s feeble reply.
“Oh, please don’t. I like my dick. I’ll cry if you punch it and I don’t think you’d want me to cry.”
“Shut up. God, you’re annoying. Didn’t you have to go pee like five minutes ago?”
“Someone told me to pee later. I’m supposed to keep them warm.”
Yoongi blushed and he rolled off Hoseok until he was on his side, back to his boyfriend. “Go away,” he commanded, and Hoseok laughed.
“I’m gonna go pee. Don’t fall asleep without me!” Yoongi grumbled something incoherent and Hoseok took that as his sign to leave to the bathroom. He still had the words ingrained fresh in his mind - I just realized that, I love you, is all. It warmed his chest just thinking about it. He loved Yoongi and he hoped to God or whatever deity was out there that their relationship would last, because he loved Yoongi, flaws and quirks and all.
Yoongi was still in the exact same spot and position he was in when Hoseok left to the bathroom. He slipped into bed beside his boyfriend and he laid down on his side so he could spoon him. Before he could get comfortable though, Yoongi turned around and he wrapped an arm snugly around Hoseok’s waist.
“I’m the big spoon,” he said. “There’s no way in hell I’m giving that up. We either cuddle like this or you let me spoon you, but there’s no way I’m letting you spoon me.”
“Gosh, Yoongi. I didn’t know you had a Napoleon complex.”
Yoongi snorted in faked contempt and he simply settled down on the mattress. “I’m going to get you back one of these days, just wait. Then we’ll see who’ll have the last laugh.”
“It’ll be me,” Hoseok replied smugly.
“Will it?”
“Mhm. It will. Definitely.”
“We’ll have to wait and see because I’m pretty sure it’s going to be me.” Yoongi kissed Hoseok before he could utter another word and it seemed to effectively shut him up because Hoseok rolled to his other side and he backed up against Yoongi.
"I'll let you be the big spoon," he teased gently. He loved the way that Yoongi pressed himself close to his back and he held him like a safety blanket or a stuffed animal. It made him feel loved - and now, he knew that he definitely was loved. "Yoongi?"
Yoongi clicked his tongue in response and he buried his nose in the back of Hoseok’s neck. "What do you want this time?" His tone was that of annoyance, but Hoseok could definitely tell that it was faked.
"I love you. You’re the best. You should be a professional cuddler."
Yoongi smiled. "I love you too, Hoseok. I don't want to cuddle anyone but you."
Title: Accidental Confession
Pairing: VMin
Rating: PG (Language)
Word count: ~2100
Summary: Jimin accidentally confesses that he likes Taehyung, and Taehyung doesn't know what to do.
Author's notes: This one is set a little before the “Playing Dumb” takes place.~
It wasn’t odd for Jimin and Taehyung to show affection towards each other no matter where they were at, but it was especially common while they were on camera. Whether it came in the form of hugs and skinship or Taehyung teaching foreigners how to say “Jimin is an idiot” in their native tongue, they hardly went a day without showing affection towards each other.
They had just finished recording an interview and Taehyung was more than exhausted when he climbed into the van along with his other band members but suddenly he felt full of energy when he saw Jimin nearly trip while entering the back of the van.
“Don’t laugh,” Jimin warned in embarrassment, which made Taehyung snicker all the more. “I’m warning you, you better not laugh!” He sat down between Taehyung and Jungkook and he immediately settled into the couch.
Taehyung, try as he might, couldn’t hold his laughter back; he burst into giggles which seemed to piss Jimin off.
Jimin reached over to punch Taehyung and Taehyung shrieked in mixed pain and laughter and he leaned more towards the window as he cradled his arm. “No! Don’t hit me~!”
“Then don’t laugh!” Jimin balled his hand into a fist and he pulled his arm backwards, ready to punch Taehyung once again if he had to do so. He seemed satisfied when Taehyung stayed pressed to the window, still giggling but not so much, with his hands up to protect himself from being hit once again. “That’s what I thought.” He lowered his arm and Taehyung seemed to relax, biting on his bottom lip to keep himself from laughing all over again. Then, as quietly as he could manage, he set Jimin off again with one simple:
“Stupid.”
“Oh, you’re dead, Kim Taehyung!” Jimin pounced on Taehyung and the vehicle was filled with death threats from Jimin and pterodactyl screeching from Taehyung all the way until they reached their dorms.
x
After their midnight practice, Taehyung couldn’t wait to shed the day’s clothing so he could slip into the comfort of his bed. They all had an early morning photoshoot and if they were lucky, they’d get at least five hours of sleep.
“You have got to be kidding me.”
Jimin’s soft voice was filled with frustration and it pulled Taehyung back from his half-slumber.
“One day I’m going to kick you out of my bed, Jeon Jungkook. Just watch.”
Taehyung would have openly laughed if it wasn’t for the idea that he had gotten: Jimin, Taehyung knew, was too nice to wake Jungkook up even if he was sleeping in his bed, which meant that the only other place Jimin could sleep in was his bed - Jungkook’s bed was so full of junk that the kid himself refused to sleep in it most nights. Taehyung figured that if his best friend was going to join him, he might as well act cute for Jimin, even in “sleep”.
The bed sunk a moment later and Taehyung could feel Jimin crawl over until he was on the other half of the bed. Without a second thought, Taehyung started to snore loudly, doing his best to seem as believable as he could manage. Whatever expression Jimin had, Taehyung couldn’t see, but he could practically feel Jimin’s eyes roll into the back of his head.
“You have got to be kidding me,” Jimin whispered to himself, wrapping an arm around Taehyung for warmth; Jimin, Taehyung learned after several incidents, was a cuddler when he slept. “The one time you decide to snore…”
It was becoming a challenge to keep up his “sleeping” state - the urge to laugh was beginning to become a problem, and in the darkness the only thing he could do that would be anything remotely close to laughing was to smile as he snored. Which he did.
Jimin shifted next to him and he thought that he was already closing his eyes to sleep but instead he felt fingers in his hair. It almost threw his snoring off but he kept at it, enjoying the gentle massaging that Jimin was giving him, and he could practically feel Jimin’s intense gaze on him.
Then, the words came as clear as crystal and as loud as a police siren but it wasn’t anything above a whisper: “I can’t believe I like you… How did I fall for someone as gross as you?”
Taehyung’s eyes shot open and he turned to look at Jimin, mouth open for he still hadn’t closed it from his “snoring”, and Taehyung could see the utter horror in Jimin’s face made out in the darkness.
“You like me?” Taehyung asked innocently. He could see Jimin struggling to answer him and he didn’t know if it was because his friend didn’t know how to answer him or if it was because he didn’t know what to answer him with. After several long moments, Taehyung turned to his side, back facing Jimin, to get comfortable enough to sleep again. “Goodnight then, I guess...”
It was about a minute later when Jimin finally stirred behind him, and Taehyung guessed that it was so he could lie down so his back faced Taehyung as well.
Jimin… likes me…?
x
Things had definitely changed between Jimin and himself and Taehyung hated it. Any chance that Jimin had to avoid him was taken so fast that Taehyung was sure Jimin hated him - it was probably his own fault though.
I mean, I guess I've been kind of pushing him away.
It was odd after that night in his bed. Jimin’s affectionate attitude towards him felt so strange and confusing that Taehyung tried to avoid it on camera as best as he could. It was a hell of a lot more easier to do off camera, that was for sure, because Jimin ignored him whenever he could.
x
Taehyung was the first to climb into the van after a music show performance. It had been just a little over a week since Jimin had accidentally confessed to him and Jimin was still avoiding him like the plague, even in the van. Taehyung watched as Jimin climbed in and sat in the row in front of him, sandwiched between Hoseok and Seokjin. Jungkook and Yoongi were sitting in the back with him, and although Taehyung liked them both, he missed Jimin.
Everything was so confusing, though, and Taehyung would rather avoid dealing with it altogether, so he guessed that this was okay for now.
If Jimin really liked me, he would have crawled into my bed again instead of kicking Jungkook out of bed.

With the way that the K-Pop industry was run and the fact that a good 90% of their fans were female, being forced to do the Pepero Game shouldn't have been such a surprise to the Bangtan members. They knew that it was going to happen (either that or the Paper Kissing Game - or both), but the game came way too soon.
Everyone with the exception of Jungkook - the little shit looked so smug over being the youngest for once - was paired up with another member to do the game with. There was no hiding Hoseok’s slight disappointment when he was paired up with Yoongi or Namjoon's second of frustration when Yoongi was paired with Hoseok. Then again, it could have just been Taehyung reading too much into.their expressions because he didn't want to see Jimin’s face in fear of what he might find.
Taehyung watched as Namjoon and Jin went up first for the game, both too hesitant to move more than a millimeter at a time down the treat. He wondered what would happen if he just snuck up and pushed their heads together until they kissed - I'm definitely doing that to Yoongi hyung to get him back for what he did in Rookie King.
Finally, Taehyung dared to look at Jimin, but the boy was obviously trying to avoid Taehyung’s gaze. Surely, Jimin would try to avoid his gaze by breaking the treat when it was going to be their turn or something of that nature.
Namjoon and Jin ran out of time and the length of the remaining treat made it seem as if someone just took a small bite of both sides of the stick, which was essentially what happened.
Yoongi and Hoseok were a little more daring when it came to their trial - they were actually a couple centimeters off from the desired length, which left a lot of pressure for him and Jimin. All Taehyung could think about was that he missed his chance to make Yoongi and Hoseok kiss, and I wonder how soft Jimin’s lips are.
As they both sat down in chairs right across from each other, the staff handed them the feeble stick they were supposed to devour from both ends. Jimin was still trying to avoid eye contact and he was laughing nervously, and Taehyung could tell that it wasn't just for show.
"Ready...? Go!"
Taehyung munched on his end of the stick rather quickly - Jimin’s face was getting closer and closer until he felt their lips meet, but even then he went closer to try and steal the last bits of the snack from between Jimin’s teeth. Taehyung watched as Jimin pulled back and he could see the harsh blush on the boy's cheek even with makeup dusted across his face, and all Taehyung could do was laugh in amusement.
"Taehyung, you’re supposed to leave a small amount of Pepero! This isn't a kissing game," Jungkook teased.
"Whoops!" Taehyung grinned widely and he looked and giggled at Jimin because Jimin looked so cute when he was flustered and confused.
x
The car ride back to the dorm was filled with chatter about nothing. Jimin still refused to sit with Taehyung and, quite luckily, their kiss was only talked about for a couple minutes before another topic took its place.
It was quite late at night when they arrived at the dorms and everyone pretty much headed straight to bed after a late-night snack.
"Jimin," Taehyung called when he saw the boy alone in their shared room. He could see Jimin tense before turning around, the most faked smile on his face - it made Taehyung want to cringe because Jimin could definitely muster better than that.
After days on end of avoidance, it was beautiful to hear "What’s up, TaeTae?", even if it was forced.
Taehyung closed the door behind him and Jimin visibly tensed once again, fear and uncertainty thinly veiled in his expression. There was a moment of pause shared between them. Taehyung made sure that he was looking at Jimin as seriously as he could muster without a hint that he was about ready to burst into giggles. Finally, he spoke briefly and seriously;
"Date me."
Jimin only stared at him stupidly with his eyes wide and his skin getting paler and paler by the moment.
"Wh--... What?"
"Date me."
"Tae, are you joking?"
"Date me."
"No, what do you mean--"
"If it was Tony asking you it would have been an immediate 'Yes'!" Taehyung accused, feigning a hurt expression.
Jimin rolled his eyes and he rubbed his temples, "No, that’s not what I--"
"Why are you shaking my heart? Why are you shaking my heart? Why are you shaking my--"
"I can't believe you're singing Boy in Luv right now! What the fuck, Tae?"
"Just fucking date me already, don't be such a wuss!" Taehyung crossed his arms in front of his chest with a huff.
Jimin must have realized that Taehyung wasn’t going to take "No" for answer - "Fine," he sighed.
Taehyung broke into a cheeky grin and he placed his hands on his cheeks. "Really?!"
"Yeah, really. I mean. I already confessed to you. I thought you thought I was gross or something so that's why I was kind of... shocked? I guess? when you asked me out." Jimin paused and a small smile found its way on his face, and he shrugged. "I'm still shocked, really."
Taehyung walked over to Jimin so he could try and squeeze the life out of him with a bear-like hug. "I love you, you idiot! We should get married!"
Jimin seemed to have something to say but Taehyung effectively cut him off by clumsily pressing his lips to Jimin, a little harder than intended, to kiss him for the second time that day.
This time he didn't have to pretend it was accidental.
Title: Playing Dumb
Pairing: None
Rating: PG-13 (Language, implied sex)
Word count: ~2300
Summary: Jungkook isn't as dumb as everyone thinks he is, but he'll use their assumption to his advantage.
Author's notes: This one is set a little after the VMin took place.~
Jungkook was a lot of things, evident from his title as Bangtan Sonyeondan's "Golden Maknae", but he sure as hell wasn't stupid. He was slow in some things, sure, but he wasn’t stupid enough not to notice the lingering touches and intense gazes shared by certain members off camera.
Though, he supposed that it wasn't like they were doing a good job at hiding it either. ...But he seemed to be the only one that was smart enough to catch on that everyone in his group was dating another member. This pissed Jungkook off, because not only were they keeping something so trivial a secret from him, - and each other, no doubt - they actually thought he was dumb enough not to realize what was happening right under his nose.
The teenage boy watched as Jin delicately fed Hoseok, watched as Jin’s smile and expression softened at Hoseok’s delighted expression, watched Hoseok’s eyes twinkle when he looked at the eldest member (who so happened to be his lover), and he rolled his eyes with a huff.
They could definitely do better at hiding their relationship than this.
x
Admittedly, Jungkook never noticed any strange behavior between the other members at first. Taehyung and Jimin and Hoseok were always so affectionate with people that he just assumed that they were being friendly.
It wasn't until he caught Seokjin and Hoseok, way too close to each other to be "friendly", that he suspected there might be more to their relationship than they had led on.
Jungkook noticed how red their lips and cheeks were as they both smiled at him. He could recall the nervousness now that he knew why they had anything nervous to be about.
"Hey, Kookie. What's up?" Jin chirped happily, taking a step away from Hoseok. The eldest male glanced at Hoseok who was still glued to the wall. "Did you need anything?"
Jungkook shook his head - "Nah. I just wanted to tell you that they're gonna cook a steak for dinner so don't be late." Just as soon as he had appeared, Jungkook was starting to make his exit.
The door closed shut mostly silently but Jungkook could hear Hoseok’s relieved sigh from inside. What were they worried about?, he had thought idly in that moment.
They were probably making out. I'm so glad that I fucking knocked right before I went in.
x
Finding out about Hoseok and Jin took about a month of guessing and second guessing. Hoseok was just naturally do affectionate that Jungkook almost didn't even notice the special attention that he gave to Jin. It was when Jungkook caught them both kissing outside one night that he knew for sure that they were dating.
It took Jungkook even longer to find out about Namjoon and Yoongi. The two were better at hiding their relationship than the rest that it took seeing Namjoon and Yoongi sneaking out of the bathroom late one night - or very early one morning, if technicalities were considered - and Namjoon was walking out on shaky legs and with a slight limp. Jungkook had thought that maybe Namjoon was sick and Yoongi was just taking care of him. All of that was shot when he entered the bathroom and he smelled lavender and the slightest undertone of something else. Jungkook didn't have to wonder for long what that other smell was - he was a hormonal teenage boy, he knew.
The quickest people (and the least surprising) that Jungkook found out was Jimin and Taehyung. The two were so obvious that Jungkook almost overlooked them and thought that they were both just being--... well, Jimin and Taehyung.
Jungkook had wondered why Jimin was never sleeping in his own bed anymore since Taehyung accidentally kissed him on TV, but he didn't think much of it. Jimin’s bed was clean and it smelled like the strawberry shampoo that he used.
"Jungkook."
The boy looked up at Hoseok from his magazine. "Yes?"
"Do you have some colored pencils I could borrow?"
Jungkook thought for a moment before he nodded. "Yeah, hold on." He set the magazine down after bookmarking his place and he set off for the dorm room. Jungkook opened the door and turned on the light only to freeze in place to try and comprehend the sight before him.
It was Jimin, with just a towel around his waist, between Taehyung’s legs. Taehyung was sprawled and pinned down by Jimin on his bed and it brought up the question;
"What are you two doing?"
Taehyung didn't hesitate a second before saying, "We're wrestling," and Jimin nodded furiously.
The answer came too quickly for it to be casual to Jungkook. "O...kay...?" He shrugged and he went to his bed and rummaged around the junk, finally finding a box of colored pencils. When he glanced back on his way out, Jimin’s lips were way too close to Taehyung’s for it to be just "wrestling", but Jungkook decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
x
Jungkook didn’t really spend much time in the recording room while Yoongi and Namjoon were in it; he was honestly too afraid of what they might get to while he was there. Tonight he was really bored and he decided to try his luck at making sense of the recording room while he had some time to spare. Jungkook had vaguely remembered that Yoongi and Namjoon said they were going to be working on some tracks that night so Jungkook sent a quick message to the oldest; ”hey hyung do you mind if i drop by the studio right now?”
The reply came just moments later: ”Sure np”.
Looks like they’re not doing anything gross in there. Jungkook sighed in relief as he pushed himself up from the couch to make his way down to the recording studio. Despite getting the green light from Yoongi, Jungkook knocked three times before he entered the room.
Namjoon and Yoongi were both sitting in chairs opposite of each other and they were both engrossed in the lyrics scrawled on the notebook. The scent of lavender hit pleasantly once Jungkook stepped into the room and he shut the door. “Hey,” he greeted them both.
Namjoon acknowledged him with a smile and Yoongi simply nodded.
“Can I mess around with audio?” Jungkook asked.
Yoongi nodded once again; “Yeah, go ahead. If you have something you want to record that’s good too. We don’t mind.”
“Cool,” he murmured as he made his way to the mixing board. There was something about mixing music that really enticed Jungkook and despite having had a long practice that day, Jungkook felt reinvigorated with energy the second that he started playing over a track. Honestly, he admired his band members for being able to come up with music from scratch.
After a couple minutes, Jungkook was pretty much acquainted with most of the tracks that were previously recorded. The boy bobbed his head to the beat of the new track that he was playing, but about a minute in, there was a loud and distinct moan that made Jungkook’s heart stop. He thought that maybe he was just hearing things, but then he heard it again and he could feel his face flush, because the voice was too familiar and Jungkook didn’t like it one bit. And then, there was another moan, ”Ah, hyung! Fuck me!”, and Jungkook turned the audio off and he pulled the headphones off because that was Namjoon’s voice, and no doubt it was recorded recently. Jungkook stood suddenly and he gathered his things, drawing attention from Yoongi and Namjoon.
“Hey, are you okay?” asked Namjoon, looking at him with a worried expression.
“Yeah, yeah. I just--. I just forgot that, I. Had to do chores. Jin is going to kill me.” Jungkook swallowed thickly and he tried to avoid eye contact with Namjoon and Yoongi, because not only were the two dating, but they were having sex with each other, and in the recording studio nonetheless. Jungkook thought he was going to be sick because how can they have sex in a place so public?! People are probably going to be sitting or lying down where they jizzed and-- Oh god they probably had sex in that chair.
Yoongi frowned a bit at Jungkook’s reaction and he arched his brow as he asked, “Are you sure you’re okay? You’re looking really pale?”
Don’t fucking ask me that after you fucked our leader in the recording studio, oh my god! You two dumbasses could have gotten caught! Jungkook cleared his throat and he nodded, making his way to the door. “I’m fine,” he reassured quickly before exiting the room - he swore that he was going to go crazy in there if he had stayed.
x
There was a limit to everything and after a couple weeks of watching everyone in his group dancing around him to keep their secret, Jungkook had enough.
“Oh, y-you’re home early, Kookie…” Jin gave him a forced smile.
It was one of their rare day offs and pretty much everyone took the chance to go out and not have to worry about practicing or making any of their busy schedules for a day. Jungkook had only gone out to eat lunch before he realized that he had forgotten his phone back at the dorms. Hoseok and Jin had ended up staying, apparently, and Jungkook had walked in on them kissing on the couch, Jin’s hand placed over Hoseok’s thigh.
Now they were both on their feet and in a panic; Hoseok’s face had never been so pale before.
Jungkook grabbed his phone from the coffee table and he nodded, keeping eye contact with Jin easily. “Yeah. I’m home early.” He slipped his phone in his pocket as he asked, almost hesitantly, “Why… are you two here?”
This time, Hoseok spoke: “We--... I felt sick, so Jin hyung said that he would stay back and make sure that I was okay! We were about to watch a movie and stuff when you walked in, so if you want to join us, then…” His voice trailed off and he smiled meagerly.
How stupid do you think I am? You two were obviously making out, holy fuck. Just fucking come clean already - I saw you two with my own eyes! Jungkook opened and closed his fists and he debated on what he should do next.
“Why do you think I’m stupid?”
The question obviously caught both Jin and Hoseok off guard. They both look puzzled at first, but Jin was the one that asked, “What do you mean?”
“Why do you two think that I don’t know that you’re dating? I walked in on you two kissing just now, and it’s not the first time I’ve seen you both kiss to be honest. And you two… do things that friends don’t do. Like, why are you two hiding? What’s the point? You both suck at it anyway.”
A long silence fell between them and Jungkook almost regretted ever speaking up about the matter.
“Jungkook,” they had both said at the same time, looking at each other with a flustered expression before Hoseok handed off the talking to Jin.
“Jungkook,” Jin tried again, and the youngest boy stuffed his hands in his pockets. Jin looked from Jungkook to Hoseok and then he sighed, and Jungkook noticed just how much Jin’s breath was shaking, yet he went on: “You know why,” he insisted. “Two guys dating just isn’t… natural. What were we supposed to say; ‘Hey, me and Hoseok, our band member, are dating’? ‘Hey Jungkook, don’t mind us, we’re gay for each other’? Like, honestly? It’s kind of… I don’t know. It’s really not something that you say so liberally. And-- and you’re really young! We didn’t want to force this on you if, you know, if you, maybe, didn’t even know that guys could like guys? I don’t know, it just didn’t seem right...”
“But we’re band members and we’re good friends, and I’m almost an adult for Christ’s sake. I just don’t understand why you two couldn’t have just come clean, at least to me. I mean I wouldn’t have even thought any less of you. You’re still Jin and Hoseok, but now you’re Jin and Hoseok.” It’s not like you two are the only two that are dating anyways.
“How were we supposed to know how you were going to take it? Not everyone is so supportive of two guys going out and kissing and stuff.” Hoseok crossed his arms in front of his chest. “Anyway, you know now. There’s not much else that we can do about this now except try to hide it a little better and make sure that no one else finds out. I mean, I kind of want to tell everyone else, but… at our own pace.”
“That’s better than keeping it a secret,” Jungkook joked lightly. An idea popped into Jungkook’s head and it made him smirk just a bit. “Actually… I’ll keep it a secret from everyone else on one condition.” Jin and Hoseok looked at Jungkook in confusion and Jungkook took the silence as a signal to proceed. “You two have to take me out to eat beef at least twice a month.”
Jin snorted in amazement. “I can’t believe you’re actually blackmailing us. I’ll do it if it’ll keep your mouth shut. Hoseok?” He turned to look at his boyfriend and Hoseok shrugged before nodding.
“Sure. We’ll split the bill so we can have some nice bonding time with our precious baby.”
Jungkook decided to ignore Hoseok’s slight insult.
I wonder what I can get everyone else to do for me. Maybe them thinking I was stupid worked out for me after all.

Taehyung closed the door behind him and Jimin visibly tensed once again, fear and uncertainty thinly veiled in his expression. There was a moment of pause shared between them. Taehyung made sure that he was looking at Jimin as seriously as he could muster without a hint that he was about ready to burst into giggles. Finally, he spoke briefly and seriously;
It was Jimin, with just a towel around his waist, between Taehyung’s legs. Taehyung was sprawled and pinned down by Jimin on his bed and it brought up the question;
